Very nice in this range

Poor quality fans. We purchased 3 and the paint has chipped off in all. The company Longway says that the paint is not covered under warranty! So a seemingly dust resistant fan has paint chipping off and looking terrible and the company takes no ownership! Very disappointed!

Bought two fan combo glittering brown color and with remote. The fans are now fitted in hall and they work with remote (with 2-3 second delay). In general satisfied with the fans, however feel that quality can be improved. Blades not packed in individual plastic bag and had marks, plastic design of fan is very flimsy, wires from remote device are small and very thin, packing two fans in one box was not elegant, the screws for holding/hanging fan are thinner (then earlier fan bought 5 years back), documentation is weak (was wondering if remotes are working - took some time to figure out that they are, and both fans can be operated with same remote). Replacing old fans with these ones in a hall with falls ceiling was tricky as fans had to be fitted on old hanging pipe with mains wires already inserted in pipe. The wires coming out of remote devise to be put in top cup are thin and short. It would have been nice to have those read and yellow wires of 1.5 ft length. Drilled hole in both top and bottom cup for wire to pass to lower cup where all joints were done (to avoid damage to falls ceiling if wires had to be pushed through pipe partly behind falls ceiling). Remote sensor needs to hand out from cup as directed. Both fan work with one remote (out of two provided, which is fine). They did not work at first instance and had to figure out the delay of 2-3 seconds). Now that they are fitted and working fine hope is that they will not need any attention for few years. Value for money, however safety, quality and outer apppearance should not be compromised.

Remote not same but work very good direct booster key full speed and extra function light key but no use this model one parts hanking pipe missing packing not good damege one problem IR REMOTE NO RF but fan very smoothly working no sound all ok thanks amazon

Quality of the product is jst OK OK.. & color wise is also nice matching the ceiling & air flow is also fine bt nt tht mch speed, Energy efficiency is 1.5 star as the product suggest bt noise level zydaa haii.. as it's new for me to use
