I'm looking forward to the publication of the "Manual", a MUCH shorter and more portable version which is small enough to bring into the clinic. But for complex or rare medical problems, where the science has really evolved since the last time I read it, and I really need to understand what is going on with a patient, there is nothing like the full two volume set.
