These are a staple in our house! These are a good size and last for a long time. Sometimes the lids can get food lodged in them, but overall they are great.

These have to be my favorite glass storage containers. They are a perfect size for me and my adult children. I can get 5 of these containers side by side in my lunch bag so I just pack them in my bag Sunday night for the week. Great sealing. Great weight. Love the vent in the top. Easy to use and easy to wash. Tops are made from quality thick plastic. Like them so much I bought another set for my meal prep. 10/17/19 - Update. These containers are really really nice. I realized after using them daily for over the last few months, that you actually have to take the rubber gasket off and clean that and the area. I hand wash my lids. Want to know why I am updating this review? Because these gaskets are so easy to clean and place back in the grove. I have other containers that are so difficult when trying to place the gaskets back in their grove its frustrating, but these.... are awesome. I would highly recommend these containers.

I love these glass storage containers. They are perfect for one servings. Things bake awesome. You don't have to worry about them melting or breaking. Perfect.

These are high quality for the price, durable, and long lasting. Packaged very well and well protected for shipping. This is our second purchase and original purchase was over a year ago and they work as good as the day we got them.

These hold 2 cups and still leave enough room to stir the food gently but thoroughly. (I just filled one with water and measured it.) These have the standard snap on lid but with a very useful vent which makes for a tighter seal and easier opening. They seem to be durable, we have the slightly larger square design and a dozen of the rectangular design, some have been used every day for months with no sign of wear. This smaller size is well suited for couples or when you have only one or two people in the household who eat a particular food. They are the perfect size for snack vegetables or fruit. For work they are great for fruit or vegetable salads. I also use them to prepare four or five servings of overnight oats so I can have a healthy gruel for breakfast. :-(No excuse to avoid eating those healthy oats and goodies, yay.) We use them for leftovers too. I don't know why stackability is under the Amazon ideas/hints but they do stack just fine. I use a piece of paper towel between each one because I don't like the glass against glass.

I like them. I made a mistake and definitely got these way too small, almost made me return them. But I tried them out, and they are very nice to have. Also, these keep my vegetables so fresh. Prior, I was wasting so much money on vegetables that we could not consume the day of purchase, and would go bad after, like a day after. The daily salads usually consist of a little lettuce, cucumbers, cut in half grape tomatoes, onions, cut up sweet peppers and scallions. Now, we use ALL the vegetables on the day of purchase , mix it up, and fill these up. We are finding the vegetables are staying fresh 3 (!) days after prep. That’s so huge for me, less money spent and trips to the store, and their size is actually perfect for 1 serving of the salad. For marinating of meat (originally why I bought these) I would probably go 2 sizes bigger.

I came back looking for slightly larger sizes and was surprised at all the negative reviews. I cannot comment on whether they leak if you're carrying them in a lunch bag, because I use them for food prep at home and they easily go from the fridge to the microwave and they wash up easily in the sink. I like that the size is appropriate for an individual portion and I leave the lids on loosely with the vent open when I cook stuff in the microwave, to prevent any splashes or mess. I got these to avoid heating up my food in plastic and feel this is a healthier way to heat food. There is a trick to putting the lids on. You have to first click two opposite sides (either lengthwise, or widthwise) down at once. When you go to click down the other sides at the same time, if they do not immediately click shut, you don't have the lid seated properly. So, you have to unclick the initial sides, reseat the lid and try again. Eventually, you get a feel for how to secure the lids. I assume the seal is good because I never smell any of the food I store in these containers in the fridge and I have dropped them on the floor (luckily they didn't crack) a couple of times and nothing leaked. I'm now on the hunt for slightly larger-sized glass containers for when I want to store and/or cook more than an individual portion size and I'm actually looking for the same lid design with the same sort of flip-up vent because it works for me. After a year of constant use, the seals still seem good and I expect to get more years of usage out of both the lids and the glass containers.
