We bought a Momcozy breast pump and unfortunately, it stopped working after just a month. We were initially disappointed, but when we reached out to their customer support, they were incredibly helpful and understanding. They responded quickly and arranged for a replacement without charging us anything. The new pump works perfectly, and we really appreciated how smoothly and professionally they handled everything. These are such high quality. I breastfeed my daughter and often get leakage on the other breast so I use a cup collector and just catch anything but I realised I should have started pumping a long time ago. People often question why you would only want 1 breast pump but for me it is perfect as I exclusively breastfeed and the other breast has a pump on. I love how I can control all of the functions on my phone so I’m not messing around trying to figure out what I’m supposed to be doing. It is all really clearly explained through the app which really helped as it meant I was less overwhelmed and it made the experience so much nicer. The app shows you exactly how to fit the pump and measure sizes to make sure your get the right fit and the most amount of milk and they are really comfortable to wear. I love how easy they are though to wear and move about with. I love how they’re hand free and elegant, so I can go about my day as normal, it is so so convenient and i can often forget that it is there. It means I can have a bit of a stock of milk if I ever need it for my daughter. I love the case that it comes with too as it holds and protects the pump, but it also is really pretty so it doesn’t look like a breast pump carry case. I love how seamlessly I introduced this into my breastfeeding routine without any hassle or extra stress.

The pump worked perfectly for about a month, but then the suction stopped working. There’s now almost no suction from the flange, so I get zero milk output. Very disappointed.

Il prodotto oggetto di questa recensione è un tiralatte automatico alimentato da una batteria al lito ricaricabile e controllabile anche tramite lo smartphone via Bluetooth. PesaIl 330 grammi ed integra una batteria da 1,8 Ampere in grado di assicurare oltre 2 ore di utilizzo pari a circa 5 o 6 sessioni di aspirazione. Lo strumento arriva in una piacevole scatola di cartone serigrafata, che al suo interno contiene un box rigido bianco in similpelle con all'interno tutti gli accessori. All'interno del contenitore è tutto ben organizzato, il tiralatte è infatti inserito nel comparto inferiore, ed è praticamente pronto all'uso, mentre nella parte superiore sono presenti due scomparti chiusi da una cerniera dove si trovano tutti gli accessori presenti in buona quantità. Die Pumpe ist sehr einfach in der Anwendung, die App ist klasse und hat neben der Steuerung der Pumpe auch noch weitere Funktionen (Schlafrythmus, Nahrungsmenge und Windeln tracken) Der Akku hält (bei mir als dauerbenutzer 6 mal 30 Minuten am Tag) 2 Tage, sprich 10-12 Sitzungen Auch den Kundenservice musste ich einmal kontaktieren wegen eines Problems. Hier wurde umgehend geantwortet und ohne große Diskussion ein Ersatzteil geschickt. Sogar auf deren Vorschlag ohne Nachfrage meinerseits Daher kein Stern Abzug !

Léger, discret et facile à transporter, il se glisse facilement dans le soutien-gorge et permet de tirer n’importe où, même en déplacement. L’aspiration est efficace et le bruit très discret. Je gagne un temps précieux tout en restant mobile, sans être bloquée par un appareil encombrant.
