Good brushes, well made, holds fluid well
Very well made brushes. They make a fine line that goes on forever. The tips come to a point, have no curl. I've only tried them out so I don't know how well they will hole up.

Glad I bought these brushes
These are great brushes! Easy to use and easy to clean with a nice brush soap. There is a good variety of brush sizes. I never used a brush like this before and really wish I bought them sooner! The needle point is very useful for thin lines like grass and detailing. I did not have any bristles shed, but with most brushes you might have a few. And that is normal. Continuous shedding might show a problem but I had no shedding of any bristles. Keeps it shape after cleaning. Let them rest horizontally on a towel or paper towel to dry after washing. If you have a brush holder that holds them with bristles pointed down that is even better. The idea is not to get water back running into the ferrel.

Nice point, good water/paint retention
Those brushes are nice and the set covers a good size range. They have a lot of glue applied, so you have to rinse the bristles well bevor using the paint brushes. The body holds a lot of water/paint and using the entire brush, one can achieve interesting patterns. They did loose a bunch of hairs when first using them, but I assume that will stop. For sure, using them requires some practice. In the picture I have tried the largest (18) in green and smallest (4) in orange to illustrate their behavior. The orange fine lines were drawn with one load of paint (size 4), which is very impressive. However, it would’ve been nice to have an even smaller tip on the size 4. Second picture shows the two different hair materials (sable and synthetic). Honestly, had I read the description more carefully, I would’ve not bought them because of the sable hair. Overall, I like them and look forward to learning with them.

Great variety of sizes, high quality brushes, fun learning curve is required
very fun. Huge paint and water load! I've never used this kind before there is definitely a learning curve. So I'm setting up ur to practice but it t does give an artists another tool to create unique and beautiful brushstrokes, especially for floral and vegetative type strokes. Its like a round and a liner or script brush in one. I love how much the brush holds, I can complete a line all across my page without lifting and reloading my brush. Great for tree trunks, petals and stems, leafs, abstract designs, fine to thick lines, texturing, I love it, but it is a new kind of style of painting that requires practice!like everything else. I don't like this brush at all for mixing colors, but once the colos are mixed its great to load up the brushes with. I also have been playing with loading it up with two or three solid colors and letting the watercolors merge into each other on the paper for a beautiful effect.

Great Watercolor Brushes
Love, love, love these brushes for watercolor. My art buddies also bought them. Love the tip that is included in the brush itself. Sizes are useful and easy to clean just like a regular watercolor brush. Also, the details that this brush allows is very helpful.

Great for fine lines but not much else.
I bought a set of 4 and will be returning. They are good quality, they hold a lot of paint, and do fine lines VERY well. I only need one of these in my repertoire. In my opinion, it does lines and fine detail well, but not much else. Too hard to control for painting leaves.

Unique brush for unique techniques!
These are unique brushes for watercolor, I don't use them all the time as they are don't suit all techniques but I love them for painting leaves with a long thin end.
