Real Health Bioglan Kids Smart Omega 3 Fish Oil, 30 Chewable Burstlets

I buy from amazon prime all the time & rarely ever write a review but when the pickiest 8yr old child tells you these fish oil tablets "aren't even that bad mom" after I gave him a long speach about them tasting awful, like fish oil but that they were medicine for him & he needed to take them and not spit them out. I knew I had to write a review because If you're like me, you are concerned with waisting money on something your child will spit out & whine about & be unable to ingest. I didn't have him chew it, I just used some scissors to cut off the "fish tale" & I squeezed all the oil into his mouth. He's not a bad or bratty kid but he has a very sensitive gag reflex. We can't even take him to see puppies at an animal shelter or dog store because the smell of the cleanest place makes him gag & get sick usually right at the door before we've even really walked in. Which is why I tried to explain that it was going to be an awful taste but to please not spit it out. To my surprise he didn't think it was awful & his gag reflexes weren't triggered. Which to me is amazing because when I was about ten my mother would give me fish oil pills and the fish tasting burps they produced sent me gagging to the bathroom. I'll recommend these to any parent.

My 8 year old usually doesn’t like the taste of these type of vitamins. This one he loves. It does say that you can eat the capsule or break it open. He likes to break it open. It is orange flavored. The price is really good for these too!

I definitely noticed when my son was takong these regularly as far as his focus with ADHD ASD. The only trouble is actually getting him to take them. He is becoming increasingly averse to them. I'm going to have to try a different brand next time. It's just difficult to find fish oil palatable to sensitive children that isn't a low dose gummy.

As you can see, ours came in perfect condition. I tried one first and didn't notice any fishy taste at all. Tasted like some kind of orange flavor. The outer part did take some chewing but it wasn't bad at all. Also, it's worth noting that the kids don't even need to swallow the outer part. When my 4 year old finally tried one, she loved it so much she wanted another immediately. I understand not all kids will like these but don't let the reviews scare you. You never know. I will do another review after a few weeks to see if it made a difference in her hyper behavior.

I bought this product in May 2023. The first bottle had no problem. Though, the second bottle came with a different packaging, and (listening to this), a different taste! The kids did not like it one bit. Therefore I contacted the customer service agents. At first, they were very helpful and tried to identify the problem, and promised to give me a refund within 6-8 weeks. Furthermore, they want to send me a return label for me to send back the product for further investigation, which is understandable. Well, this is Sept. 2023, 4 months later, Neither did I ever receive the refund. Nor did I receive the return label. All I spent was my time, money, and energy. All I received were bad experiences and a whole bunch of lip services. It is only like $20 to refund. And they did not bother to do it. So I guess they deserve to get this review. I cannot give anything lower than one star. If I could, I would! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! IT IS A SCAM! HORRIBLE TASTE! BAD QUALITY! BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH!

My kids like the taste and I love that the case is eatable for kids so they can have an additional treat. They are worth the value and I will be buying them on a regular basis.

We have bought these for at least 5 years and have been generally pleased. My daughter who is now 12 bites and chews the fish where my son who is now 10 will only squeeze the oil into his mouth and throw away the skins. Unfortunately, 2 of the 4 orders this year have had numerous exploded capsules in each bottle. The packaging is perfect but there is a tiny hole in the tail of most fish, causing the oil to leak out. I have been unable to find another DHA-Omega that my kids will tolerate due to fishy taste of the competitors. I hope they resolve the problem soon!

I use this in conjunction with Focus Factor for Kids. When I ran out, the store shelf was empty, so I tried a couple different brands. the first was a gummie,(http://www.amazon.com/Lil-Critters-Omega-3-DHA-Gummy/dp/B001459FCY/ref=sr_1_18?ie=UTF8&qid=1392133252&sr=8-18&keywords=Children%27s+Fish+Oil) and my daughter didn't care for the taste much, but she was still taking it begrudgingly. The other was a round burstlet and she absolutely hated it. The smell of fish oil was strong with that one, and the smell lingered long after we stopped using it. The Burstlet itself is thicker, but my daughter doesn't mind it. She takes two with two focus factor wafers every morning. She was on the focus factor for two months before i introduced this to help with her inattentiveness and possible ADHD tendencies. After the introduction, it seems that she really started to be able to focus better. I don't know if it was the therapeutic effect of the focus factor, or the addition of this supplement, but I am pleased either way.

Package arrived in good condition, not damaged outside at all but inside all 3 boxes are melted, even though expired date is July 2022. Very frustrated because I’ll need to return while the delivery took a long time as well! This is my second purchase, the first went well, my 3 and 7 year-old both love the product when it was ok.
