Use them like pepper. I put them in a pepper Grinder/Shaker. They taste like pepper and are antiparasitic.

So far am please. Easy to just pop 5-6 in the mouth daily. No after taste, swallows easy

Seeds seemed musty. I usually dry my own fresh seeds but these tasted, felt and smelled very old and no peppery-ness that I’m used to. I will not be trying these again. Threw them out.

Hair and debris in the seeds and the product cannot be returned.

Hard to swallow. Didn't love these. Had no real taste. Overall not sure I would get again.

The seeds look okay but there are random bits of thread and animal hairs mixed into them, who knows what else might be in there. I'm going to dump these right into the compost bin.

Seeds are good .. but bottle is pretty small was surprised at how small it is ! I do like the fact it came in a bottle so you can conceal easy !

Tasted like plastic.
