I have not tasted bananas in 2 years. I think that 1-2 of these bars are a compliment to have as a desert after your meal. They could serve as a decent light meal replacement if you're busy or in a hurry. This is probably the best keto bar I have had in a long time. Below are a list of positive things I'll say without naming other brands I've tried and throwing them under the bus. 1. I think that the price of $67.47 for 36 bars is fair, and a better deal than other brands. 2. I think that the total fat to net carb ratio is on point for keto dieters. 3. These bars taste like they say. Good job IQBAR for not making a deceptive product that tastes like coconut! 4. These bars have brain nutrients in them. 5. The texture of the bar is great.

Great natural products and a natural pick me up anytime throughout the day. Many times I don’t have time to eat breakfast or lunch and this holds me over for any meal or a snack in between.

The flavor in these bars is very good. No weird aftertaste. No issues with sugar alcohol gastric distress like other bars.

Good snack for road trips, I wish the ingredients were simpler and more natural.
