there is some value in these ropes. Great sturdy construction. get one and start your flow rope workouts. ready for you.

I really enjoy this flow rope, I take it to the gym where they have high ceilings and work out with it after my time on the treadmill. It’s so easy to use and gives me a good sweat. I will start using it in the backyard outside once I become less self-conscious. But I totally recommend the float rope to everyone I know.
