This app is terrible. I cannot view the videos, I can only watch it in live stream. The help and FAQ are in Chinese. I try to Google help for this app and product and there is nothing to be found except this page where Amazon sells this. I have spent 2 days trying to figure this out and even purchased SMS notifications for $35 in the app. I get notified when the motion detector is triggered but am not able to view anything. I ordered an SD card to see if that makes a difference; if not I will definitely be asking for a refund. I am definitely not happy with this. For the record, if you are going to sell something in a different country, at least have the instructions, help, and FAQ's in the native language.
