The not so Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
Having the product for only 2 days did not allow for a fair assessment of the battery life. What I could say with certainty is that the fitting was horrendous at best. While most in-ear high-end devices provide malleable and good fitting plugs, this product comes with an ill-fitted plug that seats outside the ear opening. The ear support clip fits loosely and does not provide comfortable support. I found it impossible to fit the earpiece while using glasses. The sound was faint at best. Possible due to the poor fitting. The BT connectivity was easy and trouble-free. I found the design on the web page to be elegant and streamlined. In reality, the design did not fit my profile and the switches were stiff and resistant to use.The included USB BT dongle will help users without a BT built-in. For $150 I expected a much much better product.FInal score card: Not recommended.

Did I get a used reconditioned one or what??
First understand that mine may have been "used" (eewwwww, I put it in my ear... didn't see any junk on it though). My impression is that these were either a dysfunctional return sent to me by mistake and/or the technology is dated and the drivers are not completely compatible with Windows 8.1.If this is all there is - just a cheap housing in a little cardboard tube (not retail packaging) and a single-sided very basic instruction sheet with minute printing that told me nothing I couldn't have guessed, then I wouldn't have much confidence in it to begin with. It's not an impressive package. It worked about 15 minutes and then as soon as I tried to tweak something using the audio button in my system tray all kinds of audio went wrong. Features appeared and disappeared, echo went haywire, and I couldn't hear anything through my browser or system sounds. I did hardly anything but LOOK at the options, so something is very wrong with the software and/or product. When calibrating, right from the start, I was notified by Dragon software that the mic was having difficulty hearing me. THAT was another bad sign. Commands and speech recognition worked, but it's hard to trust software that tells you it's having difficulty.I'm not going to try to fix it myself at this price - any mic will work. If you want Bluetooth, I'd buy one you know will work with your pc or mac.FYI, I'm using an MS Surface Pro 3 (new, max configuration) and although the tablet is on a stand about three feet to my right everything worked OK before I installed the Nuance 13 Bluetooth Headset - the tablet-microphone seems to be OK. I think I'll just live with that for a while.

It seems like it was a used Bluetooth as it just came ...
I bought this product back in January and had problems with powering it up. It will not hold a charge. By the time I got help trying to figure out if it was me or the device it was too late to return it but I did buy the warranty on it. Nobody will respond back to me or replace this item since I paid $150 for it nobody will help me. It seems like it was a used Bluetooth as it just came in a plastic bag. I do not know if it works good if it doesn't work in but all I know is nobody's helping me to get this replaced
