Fun!
First off the starter worked like a charm. It’s so easy to make yogurt. We love adding it to smoothies. It’s on the thinner side but that’s ok. Perfect for smoothies. So far so good. I’ll definitely look into purchasing other starters from this company.

GREAT PRODUCT!
I had an issue with my order (not the supplies fault the little package was open) and when I wrote them they replied immediately and fixed the issue. I just added the culture to milk and it made the most beautiful Pima Milk. I'll be using them again in the future. I'm not sure how much cultures are and this brand might seem pricy, but you can feel the quality of the culture. Thanks positively probiotic!!!!

Rabbit hole of fun!
I giggled the first time I made butter! It was simply amazing and gives the most amazing whipped tangy butter. I then made yogurt, which was simply amazing. Turns out you can make whipped cream, sour cream, cream cheese, and feta with this culture, and I can’t wait to use and share it!

It is so delicious!
It is my first time trying piima, and I am in love now! I fermented it with organic non-homogenized whole milk (Organic Valley brand), and the drink was similar to kefir, but much milder and just wonderful. Today, I tried to make it with organic half&half - and got incredible, the most tender and the most mild sour cream! Not very sour, but rich and super delicious. You can see my piima sour cream on this picture. I will never buy sour cream from store again! I highly recommend this company and the product.

Worked really well, thickened quickly and allowed me to create a rich piima culture from heavy whipping cream.

Delicious!
Made a cultured cream for my coffee and for baking. Used fresh farm cream, added this culture and let it sit at right temp for 24 hours. So delicious! Finally, I’ve found a cream that is as delicious as the cafe au lait I once had in Paris.
