Good product , especially if you sweat a lot and are above the age of 50, you will need more salts. When you take this, you don’t have to take potassium, zinc and magnesium supplement separately. This covers everything ,I used to get cramps due to my running and gym activity, weight training, so normal salt, which I used to add in my Water was not helping, so I have this and I see some improvements. Generally main thing for good health is good sleep. You should know how much sleep you need to be physically away and active sleep is in place fall in place, but low salt cause lot of problem as you grow old. I started taking this after I consulted with Perplexity was great help. N my own experience.

The taste is bad but taste aside, the packing is cheap and all the salt had solidified like stone. Priced like premium product but it's just cheap fruit flavored salt packed in minimalist modern package. Better stick to Brands like Fastup.

Works well but gets too frozen or stuck in the pack. Not easy to handle. Otherwise a great product.
