LASIK-Approved Relief in TSA-Friendly Vials – A Must-Have for Dry Eyes
After undergoing LASIK eye surgery earlier this year, my ophthalmologist strongly recommended preservative-free eye drops to help with post-op dryness and irritation. That’s how I was introduced to Refresh Plus Lubricant Eye Drops, and I can honestly say they’ve become a staple in my eye care routine ever since. Each vial is conveniently single-use and perfectly portioned. The compact 0.01 fl oz size makes them ideal for travel, whether I’m commuting to work or flying across the country. I always keep a few in my backpack, car, and bathroom cabinet. They’re especially helpful in dry environments—planes, hospitals, air-conditioned rooms, you name it. What sets these apart is the preservative-free formula, which was a must per my doctor’s instructions. I’ve found these drops to be gentle, non-irritating, and fast-acting—they provide immediate relief without the stinging sensation I’ve experienced from other brands. They help keep my eyes moist for hours, which is essential when I’m staring at screens or in dusty outdoor settings. The value size pack of 70 single-use containers also makes this a budget-friendly choice in the long run. One vial is often enough for both eyes, and the slim profile of each tube makes them easy to toss into a pocket without any mess or bulk. The only potential drawback is that the vials are not resealable, so you do have to use them shortly after opening. However, for a sterile, preservative-free product, that’s completely understandable and part of what makes them safe for sensitive, healing eyes. Overall, whether you're recovering from eye surgery, battling seasonal dryness, or simply need a reliable, on-the-go hydration solution, I can’t recommend these enough. This is one of those rare medical recommendations that truly exceeded my expectations.

Easy to use!
Lately my eyes have a hard time adjusting from far to near. I went to the optometrist because I thought my prescription changed but they said it's the same and I just have severe dried eyes. I wear contacts daily because glasses gives me headaches. I only wear glasses at night. During the day I would apply these eye drops on and it would keep my contacts clear and less build up. I like how they come in individual small one time use tubes. Makes it easy to carry around and I don't have to worry about bacterial building up when I use the bottle.

Refresh Plus Lubricant Eye Drops – A Total Eye Saver
Refresh Plus Lubricant Eye Drops – A Total Eye Saver For a few months, I genuinely thought my eyesight was starting to go—especially after long drives. Everything looked a little blurry, and my eyes just felt tired all the time. I was starting to worry it was something more serious, but thankfully, it turned out to be dry eyes. And these drops? Absolute lifesavers. Refresh Plus Lubricant Eye Drops made an immediate difference. They provide real relief—instantly soothing and hydrating without any stinging or residue. My vision feels clearer now, and that heavy, dry feeling is completely gone. I also really appreciate the individual packaging. It’s super convenient for keeping a few in the car, in my purse, or at my desk—no worrying about contamination or bulky bottles. If your eyes feel dry, strained, or just not quite right—especially after screen time or driving—give these a try. You might be surprised (like I was) by how much of a difference a good eye drop can make.

Gentle and Effective Relief – Great for Sensitive Eyes
These Refresh Plus eye drops work really well for relieving dry, irritated eyes. I have pretty sensitive eyes and was specifically looking for a preservative-free option, so these single-use vials were perfect. The drops are soothing, not greasy, and provide quick relief, especially after long hours on the computer or in dry environments. I love that the individual containers are hygienic and easy to carry — great for travel or keeping a few in my bag or car. They’re also really easy to open and use. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 just because the vials sometimes still have a little leftover, and since they're single-use, it feels a bit wasteful to throw out unused product. It would be great if they could be resealable. That said, these are some of the best preservative-free drops I’ve used, and I’ll definitely keep buying them.

Wonderful eye drops
One of my favorite brands and lubricant eye drops. Working at my desk each day for work and also doing my art and creative projects it really helps to have the drops as my eyes dry out fast. Also, with living in southern Utah it's dry and I find it's really refreshing. Love the packing and how you just grab and use . Perfect to put in your purse, bag and carry on your day

healthy eyesight
Excellent product for the disinfection and care of my contact lenses. It is ideal for taking anywhere you need. Proper care is always recommended before putting on contact lenses, thus preventing multiple infections. I have been using this product for a long time and I wouldn't change it."

Dependable Preservative Free Lubricating Drops In Convenient Single Use Vials
TL;DR: Reliable preservative free eye drops that provide quick relief for dry, irritated eyes at a reasonable price per vial. I use artificial tears regularly for occasional dryness from screen time and environmental allergies. Refresh Plus has been one of the more consistent options in my rotation. The drops feel smooth going in, without a burning sensation, and they provide a noticeable layer of moisture that lasts a decent amount of time before I feel the need to reapply. I like that the formula is preservative free, which is helpful if you use drops frequently or have sensitive eyes. The single use vials are convenient and hygienic. They are easy to twist open, and one vial usually gives me enough liquid for both eyes, sometimes with a bit left over. For travel, they pack easily in a pocket or small pouch without worrying about a bottle leaking. The tradeoff is more plastic waste compared with a larger bottle, but for me the sterility and portability are worth it. Of course, this is only an opinion, not objective truth, and other users might weigh that tradeoff differently. Price wise, the value pack of 70 vials comes out favorably compared with buying smaller boxes at local pharmacies. Since I go through them slowly but steadily, keeping a larger box on hand reduces last minute runs to the store. I have also not noticed any residue or film on my vision after use, which can happen with some thicker gel type drops. If you are looking for straightforward lubricating drops that are preservative free, easy to carry, and from a brand that many eye doctors already recommend, these are a solid and practical choice.
