I do not recommend, stopped working after first use. Want a refund but of course amazon cannot help and I'm still making payments on junk that doesn't work. Thing somehow rusted and seized.

What a bust this was. I read all the negative reviews but thought since I have a Simpson 4200 psi pressure washer, which works really well I thought the surface cleaner would be the same quality-wow was I wrong! First, I never received bolts, nuts or any parts to support bars onto surfaces cleaner. Then, I tried to use the surface cleaner and the bar barely spins and this is on a Simpson 4200 pressure washer. Very disappointed and I would not recommend spend the extra money on a quality surface cleaner!

Fairly pissed off with this surface cleaner. I have always bought \used General Pump surface cleaners. But I have 2 4000 psi Simpson pressure washers (one just bought recently) and have been happy with the Simpson brand pressure washers, so I thought hey, why not try to surface cleaner? I just received this on Saturday, put it together and tried it out on Sunday. Only pressure washed a small concrete back patio. Worked excellent, no issues, no vibration. Packed everything up and was at jobsite Monday morning. Straight away at hook up, water was only coming out of one nozzle. (Interesting because this came with a little supposed filter that attached at the handle and is supposed to prevent debris from reaching the nozzles....) so ok, took off the clogged nozzle, cleared it, tested it, all good. Hooked up and went to work. Worked fine for about 2 hours. Then bam, out of nowhere as I'm surface cleaning, arm just stops spinning. Let go of handle, checked underneath, engaged handle, nothing. Not spinning, just sitting still spraying water. Had to rock the arm back and forth multiple times got it to spin and then stopped again. 3x's round we went until it finally kept spinning long enough to finish the section I was on. The only time I have ever had an arm stop spinning on my General Pump surface cleaners was when the bearing assembly was going bad. Which leads me to believe Simpson either uses a ridiculously cheap bearing assembly or I got a defective product. Either way, I am highly disappointed and now my work schedule has to suffer. I have 2 choices, return the product and deal with the down time waiting for another one to arrive from somewhere else, or spend actual money out of my pocket to repair a brand new 2 day old surface cleaner.

6-star game changer. Wow. I have a 500 sq ft porch with ipe deck boards. They get filthy with dirt and mold that is almost impossible to remove without going to super high pressure washer settings. I just finished using this to clean the deck, and it has never been cleaner. I love the fact that I get a uniform clean surface in contrast using a pressure washer with a spray nozzle. I did a 500 square-foot deck in about 15 minutes. I could not be more pleased. Quality is exactly what I expected from Simpson. So thrilled that I chose this OEM and model.

It is bulky, but I imagine all surface cleaners are bulky. I usually overlap by 10". I'm using cold water @ 4gpm @ 4,200psi, and the surface cleaner stays grounded; it doesn't try to fly up in the air. While in use, tilting it left or right helps with guiding it where you want to go. The photos are from the same job, same day. I would like to see more accessories offered by Simpson, on Amazon, for example, replacement spray bars and nozzles. Some videos on how to use and service their products would be nice, too.
