Sometimes is hard to open, so do a small cut (really small to not open) on the side before go for your exercise. Tasty good, nice texture good energy level and high quality.

Better than I expected. Thinner than most gels so I liked it more than I thought I would. Great flavor!

Used these for a triathlon at the different transitions and they kept my energy up - tasted good. I've had others that were chalky. These were smooth and it was nice to just get a smaller pack for event day.

I like this gel for its consistency because it is easy to swallow and keep running. The problem with it being thinner is that it could be messy. I had some trouble with the packaging. I like the option with the loop, but found it difficult to open. I liked the flavor however the packet seemed to have a bit of a metallic taste I didn’t like. All that said, it did the job. I did a ten mile run without it and then the next week I used the Z2 and it certainly gave me the little boost I needed to finish stronger. All in all, I won’t waste them, but they won’t be my “go to.”

It tastes fine and I can feel the difference after only a few mins of eating the gel. My legs feel a little boost of energy to help me get through my run!

I bought 2 and they sent me one and other coffee taste hight caffeine and no BCAA, im a litter sad but the product is a good, keep up during the long bike ride and long run
