Bought for SPF but no evidence of SPF on jar and only a sticker added to box stating SPF. This was the only reason I bought product

jar is small but product is thick but absorbs so good, only a tiny bit needed so jar will last you longer than you think, will repurchase

The balm itself is good, it works well on my very sensitive and easily cracked lips. However the lid of the jar broke completely in half approx 2 weeks after purchase. It started off as a small crack then gradually got bigger every time I opened and closed the lid. There is enough product in the jar to last a while but it's very frustrating that I can't seal it.

I get extremely, extremely chapped lips, so I am picky about these products. The ceramides attracted me since I know there is evidence for their effectiveness. The product goes on thick and stays on, which I like. It's not goopy, it's closer to a wax. If you're tried any of the lanolin based products, it's similar to those. It will take time before I know whether the ceramides have really helped to heal my lips, but this products does as good a job sealing in moisture as the best I've tried, and the price is very good. Would recommend.

Love this product, I used aquaphor for years and the minute I would need to reapply my lips would already be chapped again and I was constantly having too. With this product I can get away with apply morning and night! It’s not sticky, it feels nice and works amazing!

The product was damaged I have requested a refund, but I still haven't received a response. It has been almost a month, and I still do not have my refund.
