The eye wash attachment arrived to us packaged very nicely and included extra adapters, just like the item details promised. It also included a blank form to log when we test it monthly, which is very nice! While we had some initial (and anticipated) issues with the fit of the eye wash station onto our sink--imagine my surprise that the seller had already reached out to me the day we received it to be sure the install was successful. The seller was super responsive by email and let me know how we could fix it locally, or that he could send out additional adapters free-of-charge which would hopefully secure the eye wash to the sink. They arrived the next day and yay--they worked! We are very happy with our purchase: the eye wash station is well made and is very easy to use if our team ever needs to in an emergency. We are very satisfied with this purchase! You will be too.

We needed an eyewash station at our office and only had one faucet that could accommodate the eyewash. The faucet was small and I worried we wouldn't find one that would fit. I ordered the SmarterFresh because it came with several adapters. The instructions were very easy to understand but, unfortunately, none of the adapters worked to make it fit to our faucet. The instructions said to contact the supplier before sending it back, so I did. The owner of SmarterFresh, Kevin, immediately emailed back to say he would send more adapters free of charge. I sent him a picture of my faucet and he sent more adapters in the mail that same day. We got them a couple days later and one fit perfectly. It works exactly as it should. We are very happy with our eyewash station!

I contacted the seller to get details before we purchased and he presented himself with excellent customer service knowledge and willingness to help if adapters sent didn't size up to what we had. This has been the third unit we have purchased. We were looking for something less bulky and price competitive. All units came with adapters and we didn't have any problems with hook up. All work and satisfy our eye safety requirements.

Overall this is a decently priced item that performs as expected. It arrived with three adapters in case it didn’t fit directly to the faucet. I had to use one of them and it performed great. Water flow, though somewhat determined by the pressure in the building, was iffy at first, but then was decent. My only complaint is the way the valve is switched. With the handle down, the eye wash is activated, when I expected that to be normal water flow. I think that should be switched. Overal, the construction is good. The dust caps blow off easily when the water is turned on. The install was easy.

I bought this to help with dry eyes. I found other uses for the 2 rotating outlets i.e. drinking fountain, face rinsing, hair washing to name a few. No problem with installation, correct adapter was included. High quality and well worth the money to me for a multifunction accessory.

Not sure if I got a defected one; I tried on a faucet with outer male threads and it leaked. Then I tried it on a faucet with female threads and the adapter which stopped the leak but the valve does not completely shut the eye station when using the faucet option.

There isn't anything to dislike about this product. It is well made and sold at a reasonable price. I wanted to mount the eyewash unit to my tub faucet in our garage but a hose bib adapter wasn't included with the eyewash station. I emailed a request to smarterfresh.com and received a hose bib adapter three days later (they're located in Maryland and I am in California).

We have a mechanic shop. Eye safety is an issue. Things fly, chemicals are used. I ordered a dozen safety glasses and this eye wash station. When I told hubby that I'd ordered it, I think his reaction was an eye roll....something else he'd have to install. The day it was due to arrive, he sent me a video with it installed and working before I could even ask if it had arrived. It was a quick, easy install (fortunately one of the adapters included fit our sink). The bottles of eyewash solution can add up, especially if someone grabs them every time an eyelash gets in their eye. This we can use as much as we like and it is always there in the same place. It doesn't run out or get moved around and I don't have the cost or the pain in the neck of remembering to restock.
