Very messy, hard to use. The power buttons used to control the flow are very hard to use while holding it up to your ear, thus water everywhere. I'm not even sure that it cleaned my ear, but it sure soaked the side of my head and shirt.

I have given this a 3 star to be fair. If wax is easily removeable for you then it may work very well if you are like me and it is difficult to remove I would not recommend it. I used a whole bottle of eardrops before using it I still had to go to the doctors to have them cleaned, but I have to admit the nurse had a difficult time. So again I would not recommend it you have stubborn wax

I ordered this product hoping that it would help my daughter with her moast dreaded hygiene chore... cleaning her ears. And boy did it! This product is just what she needed! It was easy to set up and use. She was able to do it by herself and everything. We were worried about the strength of the water pressure but the low setting was perfect for her! She was amazed at how much stuff actually came out of her ears when she used it! She did have a little water build up that happened behind her eardrums after use but that eventually cleared! I dont think my daughter has been able to hear this well in years. Product arrived quickly as most Amazon items do and cleanup was a breeze! Definitely a must-try for anyone who struggles to clean their ears properly!

Best purchase ever. For the perimenopausal woman I am this has relieved the odd itchy ears that come with it. The only issue is it is challenging to clean out after use.

I could cry, I waited far too long to get this and I'm glad I finally did! I have always faced issues with ear wax impaction and not being able to get my ears clean fully to where they get painful at times. This tool is so easy and comfortable to use, and the buttons work well. This is a high quality product, and the only concern I have is that the slide does not lock, so if you press down on it, it will close, but that does not make it work any less effectively. I also appreciate that it is lightweight and not too bulky, with the battery charge lasting for several uses!
