This is the right combination of sweeter and softer than any other dried pineapple that I've tried. I have to close the bag and take conscious breaks to avoid eating too much more than my gut can process without issues. It's great dried pineapple!

it's good to find organic and unsweetened dried pineapple but I think these are pieces that were rejected for sale to stores for bulk bins so they're small and not the best in terms of texture and flavor.
