Design? Beautiful. I love that the sleeves match the cup, too. Usually sleeves are plain, but these are lovely and I appreciate the extra touch. Visually this product gets 5 stars from me.As for practicality and usefulness, I give it 1 star at best. The paper is way too thin and flimsy so the cups don't retain their shape. They already arrived a little smashed because the paper is too thin. No matter, they're pretty, I thought.First cup of coffee, I went to grab the cup, and because the paper is so thin, my hand squeezed the cup, the lid flew off, and I spilled hot coffee all over the place (including on top of my cell phone!). Cleaned that up, got a second cup, same thing. Before I could even take one sip of coffee, I was cleaning up a mess - twice! I was just grateful I hadn't tried them in the car while driving, that would have been disastrous.The only way I can use these is to slip one cup over another and then they're sturdy enough to work properly. The lids aren't the greatest either so if you don't use the lid, your mouth touches 2 rims and it's annoying. I could never use these in the car. I'm very disappointed with this product. I showed a friend the photo on Amazon when I placed the order and she was going to get them, too, but I had to tell her not to bother. We're both disappointed. It's a shame because they're so pretty.
