This product is a game changer! I have never before been excited to clean my floors, (and probably didn’t do it as often as I should), but this makes it so easy and quick, I’ve been doing it almost every week. I love that it vacuums and mops at the same time. It will clean up messy spills with ease, think raw eggs, a whole bowl of cereal (with milk), or any other sticky items dropped on the floor. It also works great for weekly cleaning of the floors. There’s no getting out the regular vacuum to get up all the crumbs and other debris, then getting out the mop and bucket to clean the floors, this is an all-in-one. It comes with an extra cleaning roll, an extra filter, cleaning solution, and a hand-held brush to clean the containers. I also love all the functions it provides… vacuuming, mopping, self-cleaning, sanitizing, drying, talking to me, separate containers for clean water, debris, and dirty water, plus it charges quietly. Also, the battery lasts long enough to clean my whole downstairs floor, which is the only area I use it for. I have hardwood floors on my first floor and I was concerned about the amount of water it uses since you do not want too much water sitting on your wood floors. However, it uses the perfect amount of water on the floors and they dry quickly. The cleaning solution that comes with it is also gentle enough for hardwood floors but tough enough to clean them well. I got this for my birthday and have been using it for 4 months and I’d say it’s one of the best gifts I’ve ever received, even though I bought it for myself. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone. If you hate cleaning your floors the “old fashioned way,” then buy this all-in-one and you’ll love cleaning your floors the “new fashioned way!”

We have vinyl plank floors in our home, about 2000 sq ft. Traditional mopping has not kept our floors clean. Our floor is kind of absorbent and we have an asphalt driveway. The DREAME H12 Pro flex reach continues to exceed my expectations in terms of performance. It leaves the floor barely moist and it dries quickly. No puddling at all from this unit. I have cleaned my floor 3 times in 1 week with this tool, and it continues to lift dirt out of my floor. Literally, the waste water is black. It blows me away how well this machine works. I can only conclude that the scrubbing of the brush and vacuum is actually extracting soil from the planks. Again, I cannot express how impressed I am with this machine. My only gripe is the battery. We're at 2000 sq ft, and if I clean too slow, the battery won't make it. I have to pick and choose which areas I want to deep clean and light clean, so that way I have enough battery to finish the job. Other than that, this is a perfect floor cleaner. The only upgrade I can suggest for this machine is to offer a corded option. Besides that, hands down. This is probably the best floor cleaner on the market right now.

Purchased 05/2025 and it’s already broken. When trying to go clean cycle it k is ps asking for more fluid but is full. When I clean out dirty water, it’s empty. It also says put on charger when it’s already seated in charger. Also the fluids leak.

I absolutely love this. I have all hard surface floors and a yellow lab that sheds like crazy,this makes my floors so clean. The best part is that it it cleans itself.

This is my first wet-dry vacuum cleaner and overall it seems to do very well. Great technology in this vacuum. It’s very easy to use and the pull of the unit during use takes a bit to get use to. I do love the continuous fresh water cleaning. It sprays clean water and sucks it up all in one pass. I do wish the rolling head was a roller/brush combination though as I think it would get the tougher water drops on the floor out best. The runtime appears to be more than adequate to clean the entire house. I'm still trying to figure out the best location for the unit...maybe the garage. I do think the units tank capacity is too small. The hair cutting capability seems to be 50/50. You still need to dismantle the unit to clean debris. Again, my biggest dislike is the rolling head vs having a roller/brush combination to scrub tougher stains from the floor. I do recommend it.

Purchased the Dreame Pro12 over 2 months ago and I am hooked! I use it at home and also to clean our Airbnb. Needless to say it gets used a lot!! My time for cleaning floors is cut in half and that is a godsend because we have a 3000sq ft home. It does not leave excessive water on the floor, is fairly quiet when running, it’s self propelled, so you barely have to push fand has great suction power from the sides of the cleaning head when going along the baseboards. It does pick up everything in its path but the forward motion is better at picking up debris than the backward motion, as other reviews have mentioned. I love that it’s cordless and has a self cleaning function, which also dries the roller. If you clean your floors once a week it will keep everything in tip top shape. Sometimes for more stubborn stains, ground in dirt or food stuck to the floor, I do use a small scrubby sponge to carry around with me as I vacuum/mop to lift these spots. This is a trade off I don’t mind because I don’t have to do it that often. I do wish there was another rotating brush available that had more of a scrubbing surface to it. The only downside to using this machine, is having to use their Dreame floor cleaner. I have always used vinegar and water due to having chemical reactions from traditional floor cleaning solutions. I don’t get any strong order from this solution nor have I had any allergic reactions to it. It does clean very well, because I thought my floors were clean until I saw how brown the dirty water was! I just really miss using my own vinegar solution . I am very happy with my purchase and will be buying a second one soon!

This is the absolute best product I’ve bought for my home! It works amazingly well! I even bought a 2nd one to keep in my office! I can’t recommend this enough! You won’t regret it!
