Honestly very very watery, thickens a bit when you do leave it a bit but the oat bits are semi crushed/ground. Strong fake sugar smell Taste is chemically sweetned. Mixed w pb it helps but would not recommend or buy again. I feel adding regular protein powder to regular oats would have been better alternative to this
