Broken freezer twice!!
If there was a zero rating the item i would have given it a zero!! Ordered this item the first time and got a piece broken at the back of the freezer, replaced it with another item and got the drawer broken!! Zero!!

Damage drawer
I was disappointed to receive my freezer with a broken drawer, which was frustrating. I expected better quality control.
