Excellent quality and stops the cross-contamination of wood boards!
This cutting board is excellent! It is easy to clean so you don't have to worry about cross-contamination like you do with wood cutting boards. It arrived sooner than expected and is very sturdy. Ths one issue my husband had with it was that juices could spill over the edge as there is no trough around the edge. My solution was to put it on a larger baking sheet to catch the juices. Easy to clean that as well. The price was reasonable, it's easy to store along with your baking sheets and it cleans up beautifully. I'll be getting more in different sizes. I highly recommend it.

Titanium Cutting Sheet
Let's admit that it will leave some fine scratches but it is a cutting sheet. It has greatly improved my ability to slice & dice on a smooth flat surface. No more lugging,scrubbing or seasoning my cutting board. It easily fits behind any application and above all requires only a soapy rinse to keep clean. I brought the larger size & recommend it.

Works well but noisy when you're cutting
I think it's fine. It's a bit noisy when you cut and tomatoes are difficult because they are very slippery. Otherwise it's okay. If it means I'm not eating micro Plastics or chips of wood I will deal with the noisy cutting. I don't know if it will dull my knives because it does leave tiny scratches on the surface. It's very easy to wash.

Stainless cutting Board
This is a really good cutting board. It is light and easy to handle and cleans wonderfully with mo knife marks left on the board

Not titanium.
This is not 100% titanium. It weighs in at 1086 grams. Given its size (approx 976 sq cm) and thickness (.13 cm), it has a volume of approximately 126.8 cubic centimeters. Titanium has a density of 4.5 grams per cubic centimeter. That means a titanium board this size should weigh 571 grams. Instead, it is almost DOUBLE that weight. Said another way, it has a density of about 8.8 grams per cubic centimeter instead of the 4.5 grams it should have. It is not what it claims to be.
