I just stopped taking it after 6 weeks and my sleep has gone back to normal. I didn’t make the connection at first but the first few days after I started taking it I got bad anxiety. Then my sleep started getting worse and worse until I could hardly sleep. I suddenly realised this all started when I began taking this product. I stopped taking it and four days later I started to feel better and my sleep went back to normal. I’ve thrown the bottle away - it’s annoying because it was expensive but it caused me so much distress I can’t go through it again. I was literally getting 3-4 hours sleep a night.
