Absolute waste of time
I’d leave zero stars if that was an option. I read the mixed reviews but was hopeful that these would somehow work. Don’t get any hope from the mixed reviews. They do not work at all. It’s a joke. My daughter immediately toe walked around like nothing was different. She is 4 years old and can clearly communicate her thoughts and when I asked if she noticed any difference near her toes or if it made her feel funny to walk on her toes she said no. The tiny bar in the sock is a joke and does not actually work. It’s not very strong. I feel like this is a gimmick for a hopeful parent and someone out there is laughing their way to the bank every time one of us idiots purchase this product. I’m being completely honest, this is truly a joke.

Works well!
This works for my 2.5 year old son. Whenever he wears it, he doesn't tip top walk. It seems comfortable enough for him to wear throughout the day. He doesn't fuss when he has it on. I take it off when he naps. and it does seem to reduce his tip toe walking a bit when he doesn't have it on. It's only been 3 weeks, so we'll see how it goes but so far we're satisfied.

Overall ok
My daughter has toe walked since an injury. These were very functional but did not always work well. We would take breaks from them and that seemed to help.

Great concept! Need more sizes.
I think the concept of these is wonderful. I love how easy they are to put on, and that they can be worn with or without shoes. My issue was that the largest pair wasn't quite big enough for my son's feet. He is 11, and wears a size 5 mens, and the little bar that is supposed to hit on the pad of his foot would slip between his calloused foot pad and his toes, so he didn't feel it much. I hope they come out with more sizes or a wider bar in the sock. I have been looking for years for something to work for him, and this is the closest I have come. If you have a tip-toe walker, I HIGHLY recommend giving these a try because if they fit properly, I really think they would be beneficial. Mom tip: It helps my son a lot to practice walking on his "flat feet" on a slow paced walking pad (or treadmill) while watching his favorite YouTube channels. It helps distract him while he gets used to the feeling of walking heel to toe. Hope this helps!

Uncomfortable
Overall they stayed on but my daughter kept taking them off, uncomfortable. So I can't really tell you if they work, seem like they would of.
