My motor keep tripping 20amp breaker.. work find after changing breaker with 30amp. Also RC module is use for Auto on/off when your spray gun is not in use. ..I didn’t know why this unit come with the package. My motor does cut on/off .. but to be safe I use the RC

It did not come with motor pump assembly screws.

Update:Seller reached out to us and sent the missing bolts and replaced broken hardware.When our maintenance technician opened the box, there were no bolts for mounting or assembling this product, when he went to plug the power cord into the remote control on off switch the outlet broken it housing, which could be a safety issue. The last problem is mild, but the coupler is leaking in the middle.

You get boxes of parts that require some expertise in mechanics and installation, and a lot of time to build it in place. Definitely not a plug-and-play. Installation could cost as much as the machine if you are not mechanically inclined.

I prefer to clean my own vehicles and have been using a pressure washer that I got at a big box store for years. It was a pain to pull out, hook up, use, then put everything back away again. I recently started watching some car detailing videos on Youtube and one particular detailer mentioned using this unit and liking it. I knew I could get cheaper units but really liked the commercial quality of this one. I talked myself into it and ended up purchasing it. Not long after I got it, I wanted to get a retractable hose reel for it. It was already very convenient to use but having something to manage the hose would be the cherry on top. I looked online but didn't find the answers I was looking for. So, I reached out the Canpump by email, explained what I had bought, and what I wanted to do. They responded with links to their website for the retractable hose reel AND the exact correct fittings I would also need to hook everything up!I consider myself pretty handy and didn't have any issues installing the unit. The instructions were straight forward. I've washed 3 different vehicles so far and this pressure washer is a dream to use. The auto on/off feature is very nice. When the motor is running, it's pretty quiet. Not like the loud gas engine type. I use it indoors (my garage has a drain) so I can use this year round. I really appreciated how most of the connections utilized a quick coupler. That allowed me to get other accessories for it like a foam cannon and an undercarriage washer. There was no hooking up other accessories on my old unit and even though the PSI was the same, the flow rate was dismal compared to this beast.Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and feel confident if I need anything, the company will be there to stand behind it.

Horrible customer service and subpar product. These are very expensive and for paying this much money you should get a quality product. Look at the average review on this product it is horrible. The biggest problem is these pumps have a ton of problems with the magnetic remote and the pump itself and the company has basically made it where if they break they will not return or refund you unless you ship it back let them inspect it pay for shipping Etc which no type of business wants to do. This is a Canadian company you're better off just finding simpler models made in America that will actually exchange you ports when they break especially in the first few months. We purchased to these the first one worked pretty good and then broke and then we went to our backup one which broke they customer service was unwilling to help us whatsoever. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY.
