I picked this up mainly because I struggle with redness on my cheeks, and I wanted something that would calm my skin without making it worse. Some treatments for redness can feel too strong or drying, so I was a little cautious at first. The Anua Azelaic Acid 10% + Hyaluron serum has been really gentle for me. The texture is lightweight and slightly hydrating — it doesn’t feel sticky or heavy. It absorbs quickly and layers well with the rest of my skincare. After a few weeks of consistent use, I started noticing that the redness on my cheeks looked softer and less intense. It’s not an overnight transformation, but my skin definitely looks more even and balanced. I also like that it contains hyaluronic acid, which helps keep my skin hydrated, and niacinamide, which supports brightening and calming. The combination makes it feel effective but still comfortable. Most importantly, it hasn’t caused irritation or peeling for me. My skin feels smoother, and overall tone looks more refined. This stuff is no joke! I have seen the Anua Azelaic Acid all over IG and Tiktok for achieving smoother skin and helping with hormonal acne. Boy were they right!! I have incredibly sensitive skin and this has been completely fine for me, no reactions or rash, only smoother, clearer skin AND I have only been using this for a few weeks and my acne has improved so much!! This calms the skin and helps with redness. The scent is mild if anything. It's a traditional serum style in texture and applies easily to to the skin. It is thin but does have some grip to it and is not too watery. Overall this stuff is like liquid GOLD and I cannot recommend it enough! And for the price!?!? It's a steal for quality skincare!

This is my 4th bottle to date. If i repurchase a product that’s a big deal for me bec i’m always looking for the next best thing. But this one? I will never ever stop using. Simply the best Azelaic Acid serum out there. I have tried 15% Azelaic Acid and my face got irritated when i used it (I also use 0.1% Adalapene). This serum has no reaction with my prescription retinoid. Absorbs easily, hydrates my skin, calms redness & fights pimples. I an an oily skin acne prone girly with PCOS so i know a LOT about cystic acne. When I feel one coming, i noticed it very rarely comes to a head now that i use this. Azelaic Acid is antibacterial and penetrates deeper to your skin so it actually starts attacking that cystic acne the moment it starts to form! In a couple of days that budding cystic zit disappears :) Of course this isn’t a miracle product with 100% efficacy, i still have some zits that end up coming to a head but in the past couple of months i have only had 3 that came to a head and of those 3, only 1 has left post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. As someone who was on accutane for a whopping 3 cycles (7 months each cycle), having only 3 zits pop up in months is already an amazing deal for me. I use this every morning & night. I can’t live without it!

Seriously, this has been the best investment I've made. I had irritated patches on both sides of my cheeks and honestly couldn't figure out what products to use. I came across this product, read the reviews, and took a chance.I put this product on in the morning before I apply anything else and at night after I wash my face. No more skin irritation! I wouldn't say my problem is cured but this product definitely helps any itchy flares ups that may arise. The product once applied and set into the skin it's not sticky, never oily, great value for your money. I don't see any change in brighting my skin, but it's very effective for what I need it for.

I love this azelaic acid! It’s the only active that doesn’t irritate my skin and actually works really well for reducing redness and fading my scars. My skin doesn’t react and it doesn’t really have any scents and absorbs well with no residue on top.

It’s also helped calm down small pimples without drying out my skin. The bottle also lasts a long time — I’m only halfway through even after more than two months of regular use. It came completely full when I received it, and the packaging feels high quality too. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this serum. I’ll definitely be repurchasing.
