Have one, two three One day, two days, few days This product has no calming efforts whatsoever. Lies, chicanery to sell products through their reels. Also, just noticed, on their official insta page, a girl makes a false & highly illegal claim that she tripped on the product which isn't what reshi mushrooms or lions mane mushrooms ..do but the brand has stooped to a low where they are trying to use reels like that to sell the product.
