The unit does not work well, will not keep a 400 square foot room cool.

Works okay. Not very quiet. It does cool for the most part but it’s definitely not saving any energy as it has to run for the majority of the day and night. I think it cools as low as 60°F, but it started to shoot icicles onto the floor around 68°F. I keep it at 73°F, which is the max for cool mode. The compressor is super loud and creates a loud cracking noise when it kicks on.The hose set up is very flimsy and easily removable. Easily meaning if you have to adjust the hose, the bracket will fall off.It’s advertised to cool up to 850 sq ft. My house is 800 sq ft total. It barely cools the one room it’s in.I haven’t tried the heat function, but I’m not getting my hopes up.
