We ordered this unit for my husband when his old unit went out. His old one was different & he wanted something better, so he did some research & found this one. Pros: * His old unit emitted Ozone, and this one does not, so it's definitely a healthier option. * This unit is wuiet, unlike his old one that was very noisy. * Clean time is quicker than his old unit. * Clean time for his CPAP items is quicker than the old unit. * Machine clean up is quick & easy. * This unit is better stored away rather than sitting in a nightstand like the old unit did. But, it easily stores away in a cabinet which also means less stuff on the nightstand. Con: * This unit does have to be setup to clean CPAP items vs. his old unit where he just put his mask inside each morning & it cleaned automatically at the set time. Even so, he likes this unit much better than the old one.

I'm a new CPAP user and honestly? Constantly cleaning the thing was daunting to me to say the least. I weighed my options and scrubbing the danged stuff with a brush every couple of days just did not appeal to me at all. That's a lot of hose to have to wash out. Using an ozone sanitizer voided the warranty of the machine, plus it does not clean the hoses, it merely kills the germs. This machine does it all. I have the electronic heated hoses and it worked very well with them. It was quick, easy to use, and with the tablets, everything smelled fresh and clean. When I first saw it, I thought, boy that thing is going to be heavy and a pain to use because I'm severely arthritic, but it's actually very light, so it's easy to use and easy to put away. It doesn't require anything extra or fancy. You can regulate your temperature, and the time to suit your needs. Well built and not cheesy in the least. I would definitely recommend spending the money for this. If you buy right the first time, you don't have to turn around and buy another one right away. Great value for the money.

I've been using this for about 6 weeks. It works well. It seems to be cleaning the tube and mask for my CPAP machine well. It's easy to use with the caveat that you need to sometimes press the button you want twice. (going between heater and timer settings) The included cleaning tablets work well. It's pretty easy to set up. It also has a drain tube with it. I have noticed that when draining, sometimes a little water can come out near the tube connection at the base of the unit. I run mine on a counter near the sink so it's easy to drain and wipe down.

Arrived yesterday. Was able to follow directions but have only used it once so far. Should be able to set it up more quickly after carefully reading through the material thoroughly

Works great and leaves the cpap equipment clean and smelling good I’ve read reviews about the cleaning tablets leaving the equipment smelling bad but that is not our experience.

I am so surprised at how well this worked! I couldn’t my hose and mask in at the same time but it was not difficult to take one out and put the other in after the machine did all the work of cleaning. As long as the water isn’t nasty you can use it for both. Emptying was also very simple and it came with a hose if too far from the sink. My cpap gear came out so clean!

Finally satisfied with cleansing my CPAP accessories. I think it is seriously important to clean the mask and hose daily to prevent not only bacterial infection but any fungal/mold residue accumulation in the brain that are found in dementia. It is durable, functional in design, and practical in daily use. Not heavy. Size is just right. There are pros and cons but the benefit outweighs any of small changes/challenges. Thought about UV container but decided to go with it after using for more than 2 weeks now. Highly recommend it for CPAP machine users.
