This is my second purchase of VitalSleep device. The first was excellent. There was a problem with the new device. It would not adjust properly. The screwdriver could not turn one of the screws. VitalSleep then sent me a replacement, and it works beautifully. FYI, Follow the instructions exactly. For a "low boil" use a thermometer and bring the water to about 185 ⁰F (85 ⁰C). The manual doesn't say what a low boil is but Gemini AI said 180-190 ⁰F, and that worked nicely.

Minor reduction to snore score, but really messed up my jaw alignment! Painful, for little benefit.

I wasn't too sure about buying this product but I'm glad I gave it a try. It has really helped with my snoring. The fitting instructions are very easy to follow as well. The sleep mask is also very comfortable around the ears and it blocks a fair amount of light. If I could give it 10 starts I definitively would. Highly recommend this for snorers like me.

A little bulky and will likely cause a little drool on your pillow. Also your bite will take a little adjusting as you make it through the day. I recommend it as a travel method to reduce snoring but I don’t think I would use it everyday. I would be concern it would permanently change my bite. Don’t lose the adjuster wrench. You will need it to modify how far out it pulls your lower jaw. It does work but concerned about effects on my bite.
