Callebaut Belgian Dark Glazed Chocolate Half-Bitter Callets, 54.5% - 5.5 Pounds

The chocolate should be small callets but instead a bif part of it is a whole chocolate. I did not open the package but it is like a hard square stone inside. I think it melted and got this shape. I want to return it as it is damaged.
