Highly satisfied
Received phone in awesome condition with great battery health. I've had this for about 13 days now and Everything seems to be working fine. Although the phone internal system storage reports 512 gb when I connected it to my T-Mobile account it's reflected as 128gb, which is odd. Please keep it mind that it comes with a charger cord (no fast charging). Nonetheless I'm highly satisfied with my purchase.

Red flags everywhere, before I even took it out the box
Literally RIGHT out of the box, most of the screen is broken and coming off the phone. The home buttons looks like it’s misplaced on the phone. Phone is dirty, when I turned it on it wasn’t even half way charged, maybe at 30%. This is incredibly unprofessional for $500.00. Had high hopes because of the reviews, but I’d probably get a better conditioned phone elsewhere.

I’m very pleased with this Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max purchase. It was delivered promptly and exactly as described. I ordered the premium renewed as I didn’t want something that looked used. The outside is in perfect condition. The battery life is at 100%. I was wary of ordering a refurbished item, but I am very happy I took the chance with this purchase!

Loving this phone! Got the premium refurbished and it’s just like a brand new phone no scratches nothing! Very happy with this purchase. Speaker at the low volume on this phone is just as loud as my iPhone XR was at full volume, camera quality is amazing, overall great purchase. Transferring all my data and service was super easy as well. It’s a larger phone which I wanted with great slim design. Features on the phone are a+ so far!
