Kinesio Pre-Cut, 1 Application - Knee Tape

Went on easily, felt the support and it actually stayed put for 3 days even through showering so I was happy

Easy to use instructions on a video on their site. Gently rub to adhere to body and found it lasted 2/3 days

Osteopath applied it after a session. Within 4hs and the ends are peeling loose. Doubt it will stay in place much longer than 24h. Seems to be helping with the muscle injury, so will probably just get a roll of tape and apply instead of the pre cut. Disappointed

very bad product the tapes don't have glue, after two minutes they start to come off very low quality
