The Tart pan arrived when promised and performed as expected. I made a pear kuchen and the base released from the ring with no problems, the pan cleaned up beautifully, and the crust browned nicely within the appropriate baking time.

Used them to make individual lemon meringue pies. Now i don't want to blow my own trumpet but, they got eaten in about 2 seconds flat. The pans work great and make it easy to take the pies out once cooked. Next week I will be making treacle tarts with them!!

The pans arrived in perfect condition. I haven’t used them yet, but plan to make a cranberry tart for Thanksgiving, which called for 11” pan. I thought it was a good idea to get the set with different sizes. They are a nice weight. All have removable bottoms and are the same quality.

These tart pans are easy to use and work perfectly with my tarts! It is my new favorite thing to bake. They are also super easy to clean. They are the perfect sizes and nice light weight while being sturdy and not bending under the weight of the tarts crusts. The little ones are perfect for single serving tarts and the larger two are great for sharing!

Love using these pans for making tarts. It’s perfect how the bottom will pop out so easily. They’re also easy to clean.

Used it for mince meat pie. It worked great. I buttered it first just to be certain that nothing would stick. The side came off easily and it did not stick to the bottom. It worked great.

This is a beautiful and cheap set of flan pans. I haven’t had time to use them yet, but they are replacing my previous flan pan. Serving is easy with the centre base easy to separate.. These are teflon coated for elastic washing. I will check how fragile that coating is when cutting up the flan. Can’t wait to use them. It is berry season, but flans are high calorie. I’ll pace myself. MG

These are lovely. I've used the 9 inch for making chocolate tarts so far. I'm very satisfied with these, as they are dishwasher safe. (Yes, one part in the description page says to not put them in the dishwasher, but another part says they are dishwasher safe. I did it and they are fine.)
