Excellent formula. I don't like lip glosses that are super sticky and gummy. Your hair can still get caught in it if it's windy, of course, but in terms of the actual feel and texture, it's a very comfortable gloss. I like that it's thicker, because has a visibly smoothing effect as a result. The colors are semi-opaque/translucent, so it will be affected by your natural lip color (or layered lip color) underneath, but you can also still see the color tint. It's great for if you just want a bit of color but not too much. I tried Comfy Cozy, Get Happy, and Find Joy. The differences between these 3 colors are a bit more subtle, but you can still see that Get Happy is a cooler pink, Comfy Cozy is a warmer pink, etc. Find Joy is not crazy at all. Very wearable, again, because of the translucency. You can put less gloss for a more natural color and a softer shine or put more gloss if you want to see more of the original gloss color and a more intense shine. I later tried Soft Sweet, which in person looks very close to Comfy Cozy, except that Comfy is a slight bit more on the saturated/bright warm pink side and Soft Sweet is a little more neutral and natural. But they are very close. So What basically looks like a translucent milky light nude. I'm guessing it's not too far from Edge Nude. Works for pale to light medium skin tones. So What's sparkle is super super subtle. For those with deep medium-to-dark skin, from online videos I've seen, Grow on You might be a better nude lip. Also tried the shade Be On Fire. The sparkle is subtle but pretty - delicate rainbow sparkles in what is similar to a sheer/transparent gloss. However, unfortunately, the burning sensation for this shade is ridiculously strong, as others have mentioned, to the point of it being not enjoyable to wear at all. It makes whatever it touches (including your own tongue) burn as well! I would have liked this gloss if they kept the color the same but removed the burning sensation - I hope they do change it! (Just for the record, the burning sensation is ONLY in Be On Fire. None of the other shades have that feature, so not to worry!) Lastly, the Clear one is a great all around gloss of course. Great for layering and mixing with other things, or even on its own. If you want to look like you just drank water, these glosses by Peripera all have that! I wasn't even a lip gloss person before, but the way these look is pretty nice. Also, yes of course there is some transfer if you eat or drink, but in terms of drinks, if you drink carefully, the gloss could still stay looking decently good, and, even hours later, the color might be gone, but I noticed I still sometimes have a softer shine still showing (as opposed to the matte, drier look of my natural lip).

Great lip gloss!
Peripera makes great lippies so I wanted to try their new lip gloss! I haven’t found lip glosses in Korean brands(except the minty one from Romand) so I was very excited to try this one. I bought all three shades and I liked shade #03 Chilling Rosy the most because it’s the one that suits me best. I do think that the #01 Clear shade looks good on me as well and that’s a rarity since clear lip glosses tend to make me look like I am sick. However, the clear shade looks cute and I liked that it made my lips look healthy. The shade #02 Edge Nude is tooo close to my skin tone so I may need to either use it like a clear lip gloss or use a lip liner underneath so it can look better on me and not so much like “concealer like”. I have medium neutral skin tone and very sensitive skin at that, but these lip glosses are marvelous and don’t give me a bad reaction. The shades #02 & #03 are very pigmented so if you don’t want too much color just apply little amount and that will work just fine. It is not tacky, sticky, gooey, or goopy. It feels like a lip balm but buttery without being super oily or waxy. It’s a little thick but not as thick as some western brands. Gives a really nice shine to the lips making them look very juicy. Smells like candy and tastes like it too which I didn’t mind too much. I think it’s nicely priced for the amount of product you get in the tube and the quality of the formula. It’s a chubby tube and feels like a heavy type of acrylic material. The packaging is cute without being gimmicky or tacky. It’s not a lip plumper so don’t expect it to plump your lips. However, it does make your lips look plump. The applicator is big in size and I like that because it covers my lips well. The amount of product that comes out is enough to fill both bottom and top lip in one go without having to dip in again for more product. Overall I am very happy with this new product from one of favorite Korean makeup brands. Good job Peripera! Keep it up!

pretty and buildable, but a little patchy depending on the color
Pros: - high gloss finish; it's glossy in a way that plumps the lips instead of just adding shine, and it's really gorgeous - nice color pay off; I got 06 made it and it's more sheer than it looks like in the tube (it's a really pretty berry shade rather than a vampy purple), but the pigment is definitely there and there's room for build-ability - very moisturizing; this may be a trade off for some ppl, but it's a pretty thick gloss that you can feel on your lips depending on how much you put on - efficient applicator; it's kind of a scoop shape on one side that picks up a glob of product that you can then smooth out and manipulate with the other non-scoop side. I like the control it gives me and I wouldn't mind it if more companies switched to this kind of applicator. Cons: - patchy; typical of darker lip colors, I found the one I got to be a little patchy upon application and it sometimes sunk into my lip lines. but it's not all that visible if you're more than six inches away, so I don't think it's a huge problem - not long lasting; this depends on your personal metric, but for me, I find that the color fades after a couple of hours, even when I haven't eaten or drank anything, leaving behind a bit of a balmy texture (I found that quite interesting, since with most lip products, the gloss fades first) conclusion: overall, it's very nice, and I'd likely repurchase.

I loved this so much, I bought a second one. I just wish it came in more colors as I would buy them too. It's a nice gloss, not too thin, not to sticky. Adds a nice amount of color. It doesn't last a real long time like a stain, but it's really good for a gloss. I recommend 100% if you are a gloss girl.

I have been using peripera lip tints for the last few years. The Color is beautiful. It’s not bright as compared to the others. The texture is very smooth and easily glides and a little gives a beautiful tint after the first application.
