Neubria Charge is a vegan food supplement which promises 'jitter free' natural caffeine and a sustained release of energy to help through the day with challenging situations such as meetings or interviews. It contains a range of botanicals including guarana, ginseng, thiamine, niacin, green tea and folic acid. The recommended two capsule dose contains 130mg of caffeine so don't take less than four hours before bedtime. The card box the product comes in appears to be intentionally oversized, to magnify the product's potential almost. But should you take it at all? Well, emphasis is placed in the enclosed pack leaflet upon holistic health and we're encouraged of course to get proper sleep, manage stress, change our diet, do more exercise, quit smoking and watch our alcohol intake. All of this will, it stands to reason, make us feel better and perform better. These capsules are not meant to be taken all the time. If you feel like you need an energy boost prior to an important event and you have faith they'll work for you, they may boost your preparedness and make you feel energised in a way that only the mild stimulant of a caffeine high can. Though I'd say self-awareness and a constant striving for personal growth could be a truly sustainable way ahead that'll see you through any amount of challenging situations. Laughter also helps - but then I'm probably old school. Neubria Charge is in recyclable packaging which includes a glass container. The packaging's unlikely to harm the planet and the product's unlikely to harm you. It's not that cheap though - so hopefully a single purchase will let you see whether it's useful to you.

Great mix of ingredients that gave me a good pick me up. I've used a few of these and this particular brand switched me on a bit. Price puts me off a little but only because there are other products out there that don't cost as much. But good product neverethelss.

I'm regular gym goer, swimmer & runner, generally take an energy gel before or during my exercises. But I've been feeling quite fatiqued on some days recently, so I thought I'd try these based on reviews I've read. Sadly I saw no difference so I was pretty disappointed as they're not the cheapest & the packaging/marketing behind it all looks very impressive. Not for me I'm afraid.

I chose this to see if it would help with my energy levels, as I have a chronic illness that comes with terrible exhaustion on a daily basis. I've been taking two of these capsules each morning for a few weeks now, and I can't honestly say that I have noticed much of a difference in my energy levels. I did like that they don't give you an immediate head rush like some caffeinated energy supplements do, but it does mean that the effect is more subtle and gradual, and therefore harder to define. On this basis, and with the price (£15 for a month's worth of doses), I probably wouldn't buy these again for myself, but that is not to say that they wouldn't work for others.

I have fibromyalgia, heart disease, spondylosis and extensive osteoarthritis. Apart from chronic pain, tiredness and 'brain fog' are regular inconveniences that impact on my quality of life. I try to walk about 10 klms per day most days and used this product as per instructions before setting off for a walk. There are many supplements that I know help me and many that are a waste of time - This one seems to work. I initially liked the look of it as the ingredients should (in theory) all be helpful for the health challenges I face. Although at the time of writing I have only tried it twice, I do think it helped with increased and sustained energy and mental clarity on the days that I took it, prior to setting out for the daily off-road adventure with the dog. Due to the heart condition I have to be careful with supplements that promise increased energy and focus as I am very sensitive to caffeine. I didn't notice any adverse effects after taking this. Vegan friendly , UK made and packaged in glass and cardboard (no plastic in sight- not even the lid) gains a tick of approval. Its Its not outrageously priced either - £9.99 for 60 capsules = 30 doses. I'm cautiously optimistic at this stage and will continue to use it. I will update this review if necessary, but to summarise: It seems to do what it claims, it's a plastic free product and reasonably priced, and seems with the tiredness and brain fog that are common fibromyalgia symptoms. (And I will stress here - it doesn't cure them, but it seems to help manage and overcome them.) This has been my experience so far - I hope it helps you to decide if this supplement is right for you - always apply due diligence when it comes to nutritional supplements.
