My relative was unable to walk. He was very weak and frail after hospitalisation. Following bed exercises using the lowest resistant band he was soon able to walk again.

This set of resistance bands can provide a pretty good workout and allow for a wide range of motion and exercises. The bands seem to be well made but I have not been using them long term to give a definite verdict of the durability but I'll update this review at a later date to confirm if they are as durable as they seem. I don't really have a reason to doubt the durability of them though.The bands stow away very conveniently in the drawstring bag that comes with them which is helpful.There is a door anchor attachment that comes with these and that has allowed me to do a wider range of exercises that I wouldn't have been able to do without it.I was surprised not to find some kind of leaflet in the box that showed some basic exercises that can be done with these bands nor instructions on how to correctly use the door anchor. I had to look at the images from the product listing on Amazon to see how to use that.Overall, I am pleased with these bands. I can get a really good workout from them as they can mimic some of the gym machines by using the door anchor. The range of weight resistance provided by the bands is very good. If this had of came with some form of instructions for use then I would have given it 5-stars.I would recommend this product and you can always check online video sites to see what range of exercises can be achieved with these bands.

very nice bands with different strengths resistance. very well made and will last you a long time, nice little bag to place away when not in use. lovely door anchor comes with the bands. like where its made from rubber so not easy to slip off your body and hurting yourself.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they last a life time!Each colour is another level of resistance and they are long enough to wrap around your knees twice, or stretch from the floor towards the ceiling. I’m very happy with them.

I was looking forward to using this kit to improve my overall health, as I thought it would be a great place to start. However, I was disappointed to find that it comes with no instructions or safety information. I couldn't find any guidance on the product listing either.The listing photos are misleading. They show the green band (the thickest one) anchored to the top ring, fitting comfortably. In reality, the green band is too thick to fit in the ring or the clamp below. The smaller bands work fine, but the green band does not fit as shown.I'll spend some time online looking for information on how to use this kit, but it's disappointing that nothing is included. On a positive note, the bands seem to be of good quality and appear durable. It also comes with a small carry bag.

These bands are perfect when trying to slowly regain mobility from an injury. But even if not injured they are a great way to add some resistance training if you are just getting started with exercise. Excellent value for all of the different bands that you get, and the quality seems to be durable.
