If this had an on off switch it would be perfect. I love the flow the low dim of the moon shines well in a dark room, but then I have to get out of bed to unplug it. Maybe future revisions will have a power button.

I got this for my significant other to express my love for her. I wanted to find a way to make sure she knew AND that she could see every day. This wonderful glowing globe now sits on her desk and reminds her of what she means to me. She even cried a little when she opened it.

MUY BUEN EFECTO

I thought this little globe would be a bit larger and more detailed, but it's smaller than a baseball, for reference. Also, the product pictures are somewhat misleading because they show a picture of an entire moon, or planet and different views of the solar system with the planets labeled and of the milky way. I assumed that these views would be seen from different angles when turning the globe, but it was just one view of the solar system with labeled planets. The light feature doesn't really do anything except shine straight through the ball, and it doesn't reflect anything through the light but is more like a flashlight beam of light. It would be a great paperweight and is still cool to look at and play with.

The galaxy itself is pretty when it's lit up and the wood base looks nice. There is no reflection of galaxy on the wall or the ceiling. I do not like the four LED lights that show on the ceiling. Not warm and lacks ambiance.
