Great Gluten and Dairy Free shake
Heard that this was very powdery etc. I mixed it up with fruit, yoghurt, oat milk (gf), honey and gf oats. It was really tasty and kept me going. Highly reccomend.

Hmmm not sure
Taste leaves alot to be desired, I may get used to it, I must admit it does help with my weight loss as it leaves me full enough for my work day so I don't binge on snacks.

Vegan strawberry is very different!
Beware! There are two strawberry shakes and one is vegan. The vegan one tasted very different to the regular one. I was so happy with my first pouch. The second one I will have to suffer through. Note the difference and buy accordingly.

Outstanding product
I recently purchased this product. I highly recommend it. No artificial ingredients. High protein high fibre its vegan and gluten free. I have it for breakfast every other day with 100ml soya milk and 150ml water. There are lots of options to try. Have it with porridge or yogurt. It fills me I never feel hungry which is amazing.

Tastes like real food. Unlike other shakes, these are not synthetic or over-sweet. Love them!
