Absolute Trash
Too bad zero stars are not an option! Absolute trash item and terrible customer service. Ordered this for a Christmas gift for my son. Imagine the disappointment when we set it up on Christmas morning and the graphics are trash. Screen was blurry, image didn’t fill out screen, there was no way to adjust the resolution, the AMD Radeon 7 processor gave an error code of 43. No amount of driver updates helped. Computer continuously crashed even while on YouTube. I tried to contact the seller and was told this computer wasn’t for gaming and I would have to purchase a graphics card. I sent photos of the screen and the error code, the only option was to purchase an extra item, no thank you! It’s clearly a hardware issue and a trash item. I was willing to just exchange the tower only, not an option even though customer service said I could. Seller wasn’t willing to work with me at all, I am returning. Thanks for spoiling my babies Christmas. Jokes on me for not doing my research.

Good for price
A little slow but still good. Needs plugged into internet cable instead of relying on WiFi completely for bigger games

Junk PC with a deceiving light show!
WORST PC I have ever owned!! It has blue-screen crashed over 25 times in the last year of owning it. It takes up to 5 - 8 hours!! to get it to reset, repair, and load back up again. And the games that it is capable of running, it runs them like crap. ALSO, it stated in the description that it had a physical graphics card. It did not; instead, it had an integrated graphics chip!!! That constantly quits working in the middle of gaming, recording, working, editing, etc.... When contacting them, on the day I received it. They just gave me a BS, sorry, and did nothing to resolve the issue!! DO NOT buy from these PC builders, it's not worth paying over $400.00 for a $150.00 PC!

This system functions, but it does not meet the expectations set by how it is marketed.
The PC arrived operational and Windows installed, but performance is extremely limited. It is built around an older AMD PRO A10-9700 APU with integrated Radeon R7 graphics, a mid-2010s platform that does not perform at a level most buyers would reasonably associate with a “gaming” desktop today. Even very lightweight games required extensive tuning, driver updates, and reduced settings to run acceptably. Out of the box, multiple drivers were missing or outdated, requiring manual troubleshooting and ultimately a clean Windows reinstall to achieve basic stability. This included sourcing additional hardware, such as a Wi-Fi adapter, which was not usable as delivered. After no fewer than six messages with the seller, a $15 partial refund was issued. While appreciated, this may offset a small portion of the additional parts required to make the system functional as advertised, but it does not meaningfully address the overall mismatch between the product description and the hardware provided. Notably, the product listing appears to have been updated since purchase and no longer uses the term “gaming.” However, the same seller currently lists other systems using similar hardware with “gaming” still in the title. Buyers should be aware that this system is best suited for basic desktop use, media playback, or very light gaming only. This PC may be acceptable for office or general home use, but it is significantly overpriced and misleadingly positioned if presented as a gaming system. Careful review of specifications is strongly recommended before purchasing.

Don’t let the flashy lights fool you
Do NOT buy!! Worked great right out of the box. Laggy on Fortnite but it worked. Fast forward 2 months later, the monitor now doesn’t turn on and the plug on the back of the modem sparks with any tiny movement. I’m afraid it will catch fire so now I can’t use the monitor or the modem. I bought this early November as a christmas present for my son so he didn’t even start using it until 2 months after purchase. He used it maybe 3x a week for 2 hours at a time max. It stopped working a month after he started using it. Which was right outside of there 90 day return window. Sucks because he didn’t even use it the first two months that I bought it because it was wrapped up under the tree.
