This Prosta Eros supplement comes with a handeful of ingredients of the natural type. The main headliner is the black Maca root. While Maca has incredible effects alone, I felt that this black maca (blend) was rather subtle yet effective. It doesn't have the same effect as the brownish / red maca, but it's good. Maybe because it's a different type and in smaller doses in it's blended capsule. The bottle was double sealed with plastic and inner lid had a well seald foil. The packaging is great and quality is good. These are blue capsules. While I cannot vouch for the long term of these (yet) I can assure this is a good quality supplement for men support. I'm not sure if these account for the cost and value so I am giving it 4 stars... Overall though this is a good supplement.

I have been using Prosta Eros for several months. I only take two capsules a day, so it lasts for 30 days. What made me try this product was the use of natural ingredients, and the recommendation of my doctor to find a supplement to support prostate health. After a few days, I noticed a reduced need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, improving my sleep quality. Funny enough, I forgot to order it after the first batch finished, and I got lazy so I didn't reorder curious to see what would happen. Well, suffice it to say that I now have this product as a subscription to be delivered monthly.
