i have always been careful while cutting buns and bagels and working around the vegetable grater. I have had the chance to do all three activities with this new glove and found it to be very helpful. The outside ss glove is left handed and is good in most instances but when using the shredder i had to use the glove on yr right hand. it was a little awkward, but was able to hold the vegetables and had no difficulty getting close to the shredder.

I got this in a small. Fit just right for me. I did not need the wrist fastener. The liner is thin and has a good snug fit. I wish the liner was waterproof or had thermal material though. That would be handy if youre constantly dunking the gloved hand in the ice. The metal mesh glove def protected my hands from knife jabs. The metal fibers snagged a few times from the east coast oysters i opened.

Received two left handed gloves but they work great. Definitely helps reduce cooking related injuries. As far as cleaning them, simply rinse with warm water and let air dry.

I haven’t had the chance to put these to the test yet, but I’m starting with 3 stars for the following reasons: 1. “One package” is NOT for a pair; it contains only one glove. The package even says “pair,” but it comes with just one glove. You’ll need to purchase two packages if you want a full pair. 2. I bought a medium, and it doesn’t fit well. The palms are uncomfortably tight, but the fingers are loose, which hampers having a good grip or handle. 3. Although I haven’t used these yet, I question the quality. I noticed stitches that are not done correctly and already appear to be coming loose. I don’t recommend this product, and I will be returning it.

A true cut glove! Two lines of protection the outer glove is made of cut resistant mesh material and a soft inner glove. We purchased this cut glove for in home use to avoid finger cuts while chopping and it work well. Very happy with this purchase.
