I received the product on time and am very happy with it. Here’s a quick breakdown of my experience: Pros: Seamless compatibility: Works perfectly with both MacBook Pro and Windows systems. MacBook Pro support: Initially, I thought it wouldn't support a single vertical screen setup on Mac, but it works! You can either use it as a merged single screen or as two separate extended screens, depending on your preference. Customer support: I had a bit of trouble setting it up, but when I called customer support, the response was quick and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Nikunj for resolving the issue efficiently. Cons: Manual could be improved: The setup manual could benefit from more detailed instructions. A bit more clarity would make it easier for first-time users. As of now, no other cons to report. I’ll update my review if I encounter any in the future. Overall, I highly recommend this product, especially the 18.5-inch screen. It's perfect for tasks like log analysis and trading. If you're in the market for a good secondary screen, this one’s definitely worth considering.

It is very portable with 17" x 10" dual screen monitor, resolution is very good and not occupy more space. I can carry like a laptop. It is good for people who are moving frequently for business and need multiple screen. I had issue with connection initially but resolved after call to company with setting change. Recommending seller to include Manual and company CC number in case needed help as I did not got that and even requested return but after getting number from internet resolved issue.

There is no proper instructions , there are multiple variants of the 18.5" monitor. I tried it on 2 laptops one Dell Latitude 5550 and other is Lenovo LOQ with RTX 4050. Using the Type C connector the monitor fails to power on. Hence returned the monitor.

I purchased this portable monitor in Nov 2024, and i am using this for my business/trading purpose, and it is working well till this now with no problems / Issues.... If you are trader, definitely this one will be very much helpful... I recommend everyone to buy this one... Definitely Worthy..

It's not useful if you already have a monitor, the 3rd one doesn't light up and shows no input. It happened in Mac M2 Pro. Also, screen seems to be a bit smaller than expected
