I am pleased with the bike so far. I have yet to run out of battery and I commute 25+ miles one way and often run errands on my return ride home. I forgot to plug the bike up one night and made this trip twice on a single charge. My commute is eighty percent rural and filled with many hills. I hate to admit this but I do not pedal my bike. I use setting 5 and ride with throttle only and at top speed. On flat road 35mph is not a problem. I was surprised when the bike only slows to 22mph on the steepest and longest hills. You may ask why 4 stars. Well I've developed a popping sound in the rear hub. I don't take my bike off road and I don't abuse my bike. I have contacted Anioki product support. I received a reply asking for order number and a short video of the problem. I'm sending that info into support on the next nice day and will edit this review In accordance with the results.....upgraded to 5 stars. They sent a new motor core to replace the gears, bearings and other wear items inside the motor hub. The popping sound is gone. I've had the bike over 3 months now and rode 3000+ miles. The nobby tires are kinda loud and wear fairly quick on pavement only commutes. I ordered a set of semi slick street tires that were just delivered today and anticipate a quieter ride with less vibration and hand numbness complained with slighter faster acceleration and speed due to less rolling resistance and weight. I should be enjoying my bike even more in a couple days. PS..the battery isn't lasting near as long as it did when new. I kinda expected this but maybe not so soon. I'm still able to make a 60mile commute without pedaling but that's far from the 85-100 miles I was getting 2 months ago.
