Ordered these an tried them. I also changed my behaviour and tried eating and sleeping earlier. Not sure what is placebo or what is true improvement but so far so good

Best Melatonin but bottle received seems only half full
I have tried many other melatonins from different brands but Nature's Bounty is the best as it does not make you drowsy the day after. HOWEVER, upon receiving the package, it definitely seems only half full ?!
