Not Recommended.
Probiotics are mostly made as capsule. But, this one was tablet. They may dissolve more slowly, delaying release of the active ingredients, which might reduce how fast/efficiently the probiotics get to your gut. Not Recommended.

Quite Effective product for Gut Health
My Gut Health Has Never Been Better Nutrolis Probiotics have made a huge difference for me. Only 20 % effective...it says 3 billion cfu ... I tried other pharmacy brand 1 billion cfu .. works better
