These work great for my little escape artist. Easy to use and easy to set up. They’ve been on a while and are still holding up well

Works well. Adhesive is strong. The top and bottom move independently which is nice. I can leave the bottom portion locked but the top portion open so we don't have to constantly fiddle but our toddler stays safe.

These are great for restricting my 2yr olds exploration into areas he’s not allowed. I will probably need more….

We needed to keep our daughter out of certain rooms in our house and came across these child proof door locks. After a few weeks of use, I can safely say that these are functionally perfect. *One note: check if your door handle can be opened by turning it down AND up. If so, you'll need to engage the top and bottom lock to fully child proof a room. Key features • Ease of use: 5/5 - it's super straightforward • Adhesive: 4/5 - Only knock is that you have to get it right the first time; not much room for readjusting without replacing the adhesive • Value: 5/5 - Great value for function • Appearance: 3/5 - looks "cheap" Room for improvement: I think there's room to make it look more refined instead of some simple white plastic. Final take: Excellent way to child proof specific rooms at a low cost. Easy install and easy use.

My dog is deathly afraid of thunderstorms so when they come around and no one is home he has learned how to open my apartment door to get out and wander the hallways! I bought this recently as a way to keep him from opening the handle as my apartment building did not have an alternative handle. This has worked great so far. He is an 80 lb, boxer/retriever mix with a strong determination to escape if he is scared. This door lock has been able to keep him in and was very easy to set up and put into place each day when I leave for work.

I rarely place reviews but must say best living system I have used it's worth every penny! I wish they had something for iron doors.

May 2024 update: Toddler is almost 3 now, and has figured out how to open these door locks. So as of now, the 5-6 locks I purchased and installed are obsolete. I have not removed them, so I can’t speak to how they leave a rental unit, but I will now have to move on to the circle deadbolt covers to prevent LO from escaping. These locks were great for a good year -year and a half though! Don’t let the toddler watch you unlock these (which I didn’t, but of course my aloof spouse did- once they are close /past 2-2.5years, keep an eye out!) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Original Review spring 2023: Toddler got to an age where they were able to open these lever-handled doors. This handle lock kept them inside, and I am so grateful. We are in a rental where there is no deadbolt, and there’s only 1 lock on the front door, which the child can turn as well. We’ve found him outside on two occasions, and that was scary! I thought I had left the door unlocked and opened accidentally the first time, and when it happened again, I realized he had figured out how to unlock and turn the handle! Needless to say I was scared out of my mind that he could escape that fast, and this has helped immensely. I no longer have to worry that he’s in an area where he shouldn’t be. Also installed on for the garage door, which he is always trying to get into. My only request is that there is a three pack, because 2 probably is not enough (ideally) if you have small kids. Easy to install, and you can flip it either direction depending on your door handle design, so play around with it before taking that adhesive off!

So fast to install, easy to use, immediately effective!!

Two 30kg menaces that get cheeky and open doors vs. the Tuut. The winner is the Tuut every time. To the point where they seem to have given up? I also love the mechanism for me to open and close the bottom lock - not forgetting to close it on my rush out the door. It is a smooth operation but feels sturdy every rotation. Feels solid and very high quality. Thank you!

Great for doors that would have pop open at the slightest touch. Preventing puppies from entering rooms.
